Objective: The scheme aims to enhance the skills and employability of educated unemployed youth through hands-on training and internships.
Internship Duration: The program offers six-month internships to participants.
Monthly Stipend: Participants receive a monthly stipend of ₹6,000, ₹8,000, or ₹10,000, depending on their qualifications, via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Connecting Trainees and Employers: The scheme connects training seekers with employers through the department's website.
Annual Opportunities: It is expected to create approximately 10 lakh internship opportunities each year.
Implementation: The scheme will be implemented by the Department of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation of the Government of Maharashtra, along with the Chief Minister's Public Welfare Cell.
