1) Pineapple :

The chlorine present in pineapple juice gives a gentle stimulation to the urinary bladder and flushes out the toxins from inside the body. Ripe pineapple is diuretic, anthelmintic and choleretic. It is tasty, digestive and airy, heavy to digest, beneficial for heart and beneficial in stomach problems, jaundice and pandurog. Pineapple should not be eaten on an hungry stomach. Amki-Manjari (Burr) is cold, tasty, receptive, rheumatic, diarrhoea, phlegm, bile, leucorrhoea, and anticoagulant. Mangoes are also eaten after being cooked in the palm, but there is less vitality in it. Drinking mango juice with milk is potent and semen enhancer. The mango used by sucking is called Rasalki. 9) Jambul (Java plum) :

In the case of bleeding from the mouth, nose, throat, and excessive bleeding during menstruation, half chandrayan of False is given in small quantities after a cycle. There are many types of mulberry color – black, red, white and green. Mulberry leaves are fed to silkworms. If mulberry leaves are spread on the cot, then the bedbugs run away. Mulberry is often used in acidosis, blood bile, stool odor.

15) Banana :

Banana is a well-known useful fruit. Ripe banana is sweet, cold, receptive, heavy, aliphatic, phlegm-bile-blood disorder, burning, eructation and wind-destroying. Ripe banana is cool, sweet, vipaka-sweet, semen-enhancer, nourishing, palatable, meat-enhancing, appetizer, gout, eye disease, trisha, blood bile, stomach disease, heart colic, leucorrhoea and is the destroyer of heat diseases.

Banana should not be eaten before meals. Ripe banana is a good food. Banana root, rhizome, seeds, leaves, flowers in all parts have amazing benefits in various difficult diseases-urinary disorders, leucorrhoea and diarrhoea.

16) Tomatoes :

Tomato is the best food for diabetic patients and people who want to lose weight. According to Ayurveda, tomato is small, aliphatic, hot, lamp-digester, sakura, phlegm and air. Tomato juice cleanses the stomach and intestines and is also useful in urinary tract diseases. Tomato removes indigestion, air and constipation and gives relief in liver diseases. The iron element present in tomato is very digestible and gets assimilated completely in the body. It is beneficial in pandurog. Tomato soup can also be taken in fever.

17) Coconut :

Green coconut water is essential in cholera. Green coconut water is cooling, soothing, nutritive, diuretic, color corrector of urine and antipyretic. When the coconut is unripe and the womb (malai) has not formed in it, then its water is less sweet, somewhat sour or astringent, but after the formation of the inner womb, its water becomes very sweet. The sugar in coconut water gets absorbed in the body immediately. Coconut water is very safe as it is germ-free. The water of soft and green coconut contains the above mentioned elements and Prajivak. As it ripens and turns yellow, its elements get depleted. Therefore, only soft coconut water should be drunk. Fresh coconut water should be used immediately. There is a deficiency of Prajivak-seik in coconut water, but this deficiency can be overcome by adding lemon juice.

Coconut diuretics are very effective in urinary problems and stones. It is also very useful in cholera. In cholera, due to diarrhea and vomiting, there is a lack of water and alkali in the body, as a result of which there can be a threat to life. In such a situation, the body gets the necessary water and alkali from coconut water.

18) Sweet Lemon :

Drinking Sweet lemon juice increases vitality and immunity against diseases. Mousambi is sweet, delicious, cool, tarpak, thirsty, refreshing, guru, rain, nourishing, metallic and receptive. It is beneficial in Vata, Pitta, Kapha, vomiting, blood diseases and anorexia. Sweet lemon has alkali element which lowers the acidity of the blood. When other food cannot be taken in fever etc., then the juice of Mausambika is very beneficial to maintain strength and nourish the body. Its juice reduces the acidity of the stomach, increases appetite and cures digestive problems.

19) Turmeric :

Turmeric (kachhi haldi) has the power to stimulate the liver and make it strong and has the property of purifying the blood. According to Ayurveda, turmeric is bitter, pungent, hot, deepan, worming, purification, phlegm, purulent, air-repellent, dry, ulcer-reducing and anti-inflammatory. It is useful in cold, wind, blood defects, leprosy, prameha, kandu, ulcer, dermatosis, swelling, pandurog, pinus, anorexia etc.

Consuming fresh turmeric juice or drinking turmeric powder mixed with hot milk provides definite benefits in cold, cough and pain.

20) Coriander :

Green Coriander (Hara dhaniya) is fragrant, tasty, digestive, cooling and choleretic. Finely chop green coriander and put it in lentils, greens and other substances, the substances become fragrant and tasty. It is also used for making chutney.   • Lemon is consume in many diseases. The seeds, flowers, roots, etc. of lemon are also having various properties.
